How do I track my order?

Got a Zinray account?

Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information to find your tracking information here.

I don't have a Zinray account yet

Once your order has been processed and sent out for delivery, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

Once you receive a tracking number, you can check the status of delivery at 17tracking.net 

 

Returns

How do I return my order?

We will gladly exchange all unwashed and unworn item(s) in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packaging.
